At SodaStick™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns of items that are:
- Unopened and unused.
- In their original, sealed packaging.
- Returned within 7 days of delivery.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used unless they are defective or were supplied incorrectly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once your claim has been reviewed, SodaStick™ will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- A damaged, defective, or incorrect product, SodaStick™ will cover the return shipping costs.
- A change of mind or customer error, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
Return Process
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. All returns must be approved by SodaStick™ before being sent.
Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the applicable return address and return instructions.
Products sent to us without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been packed and dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
