How our guarantee works
We want you to feel confident trying something new. If SodaStick doesn't meet your expectations, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our guarantee covers one tube per flavour on your first purchase, whether you buy a 4, 8 or 16-pack. Return the qualifying tube or tubes you're unhappy with, each containing at least 9 of the original 10 tablets, and we'll refund the amount you paid for each qualifying tube.
We'll arrange and cover the return courier cost.

The voluntary taste guarantee applies to your first SodaStick purchase only.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

The guarantee covers a maximum of one tube per flavour, regardless of whether you purchase a 4, 8 or 16-pack.

Each tube submitted for a refund must contain at least 9 of its original 10 tablets.

Refunds are calculated using the price paid for each qualifying tube within the purchased bundle, including any applicable discount.

Additional tubes of the same flavour are not eligible for a refund under this voluntary taste guarantee.

All tubes included in a claim must be returned together in one shipment.

SodaStick will arrange and pay for the approved return courier service.

Refunds will be processed after the returned products have been received and verified.
